After the success of the last two years, the Christmas Mardle - 3rd Edition will be going ahead.
The venue is The Village Inn, 33-43 School Lane, Little Melton, Norwich NR9 3AD and will be held at 5.30pm to 6.00pm for drinks. This is open to all Geocachers. The carvery meal will be from 6.00pm to approximately 8.00pm.
This meal will be for a carvery only (not a Christmas menu or their usual menu) so that we can all get together and celebrate Christmas Geocaching style!
Places are limited to 50 spaces only with a reserve list running. Please do not book via the venue. All bookings must be made via myself by logging your attend and how many adult and child seats you require. (Please do not message me via Facebook)

(Please note that the venue does not know what the cost of the carvery will be until some time in November when they get their new menu, so I can not take deposits as yet. As soon as I know the cost I will make an annoucement and payment will need to be made within a week so that I have time to go back to the venue to pay this as the deposit. Places can be booked from now though)
Desserts can be ordered later. Payment for each carvery meal must be made to me before the date that will be stated above when I know it. This will be the cut off date as I have to make payment as the deposit for the evening due to it being a large booking. Tickets will then be given to you by myself on arrival. Payments will be made via bank transfer please or cash by prior arrangement if you see me at an event before the cut off date.

The venue is wheelchair friendly but as I have never seen a dog in there and its mainly food I am guessing no dogs....sorry.
