I grew up watching alot of PBS, i mean Alot , (im about to age myself again) and part of that for me was Mr. Bob Ross, painting "Happy little sky's, Happy litttle trees & Happy little mountains" (if you have never seen the program i highly sugjest you check out "Joy of painting" on pbs/ youtube) so as i was passing by this location one day i looked over and saw the tree pokeing up over the overpass. i thought of Mr. Ross and his little catch phrase, a "oh look theres a happy little tree, over this happy little overpass, what a place for a happy little cache!" kinda moment
should be a quick park and grab, safty first as the road can get busy at times, but it is nice and wide so you should be able to park very near the location, no need to disasemble anything or disturb the nearby trees/ plant life. please be respectful of other peoples property etc. etc. etc.
please do your best to replace the cache firmly back in its original location, you will see how and why when you locate it.
