The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates.
I have resurrected a cache previously hidden at this spot. The puzzle is exactly the same as the one originally set which I solved only to find the cache was missing. My thanks to PeterH1982 for setting the original puzzle; this is my first hide.
The co-ordinates are for nearby parking NOT for the cache, please be aware this car park is cameras controlled with a maximum parking time. The cache itself is a short walk away along the river and can be found by solving the following:-

The cache is a small screw topped plastic container inside a screw topped specimen tube, please replace as found.
Unfortunately free Sunday parking in most Tonbridge car parks is not more! I have added another waypoint where you can park for free, it is quite close to the cache. There is lots of 2 hour and even 4 hour parking in many side roads (Mon-Sat).
