This is the first cache in a new series at the Parks Mall in Arlington. The cache is located on the top level of the food court/ice rink parking garage. I am rating this with some degree of difficulty. This may be easy for some, not so easy for others. It all depends on your experience level. You won't have to deal with a lot of muggle activity on the top level of the garage. The only thing to watch out for is mall security either walking around or riding around in their vehicles.
Cache coordinates should be accurate within 5 to 10 feet.
