This cache is located at what used to be the Chester Bridge that went between Chester, WV and East Liverpool, OH on the Ohio River. After the Jennings Randolph Bridge was completed the Chester Bridge was torn down and the overlook is on the old approach to the bridge. Dr. Pugh was our town's GP for many decades and I'm honored to be a lodge brother of his two sons. This location gives a scenic view of the river valley as well as East Liverpool.
The cache site is located on the right hand side and you're looking for a magnetic Altoids type of a container and BYOP. Please note that the overlook is daylight hours only and is available year round. It is located in a residential area of town and near a medical clinic so please be respectful!
