Church Micro 12171...Crundale - URC Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Mayhem4: Unfortunately have to get rid of this cache as the church is up for sale and most likely turn into a residence & there is nowhere I could relocate the geocache where you could still see the church without people having to go onto someones property. 😢 a shame but it seems many churches/chapels etc around here are being sold for residence.
I will at some point put some new fun geocaches out in Pembrokeshire area

Geocache Description:

This is a Nano cache placed at Crundale United Remormed Church, Crundale, Pembrokeshire.

Please if you see a muggle in the house give them a friendly wave lol, they know about the geocache so don't worry!!

Crundale Congregational Chapel was built in 1837, rebuilt in 1872, rebuilt again in 1882 and modified in 1930. The present chapel, dated 1882, is built in the Simple Round-Headed style of the gable entry type. The church dates back to 1837 and is still open today.

Crundale is a small village on the north side of Haverfordwest. In recent years it has witnessed new housing developments and today is a pleasant community made up of young families and older residents. The chapel is part of the United Reformed Church and is situated on the edge of the village. It has been part of the community since 1837.
The chapel has a car park as well as a small vestry. It also has a cemetery meeting the end-of-life needs of church members and the community. The church is part of the Landsker Pastorate.
