The Beginners Luck Trail is a new cycling / hiking trail in the Cranbrook Community Forest completed in the summer of 2018 connecting Chief Isadore Trail to Kettle Lake. This new well used trail can be accessed from either the year round parking area at the Chief Isadore Trial Head or the seasonal parking area at Kettle Lake. As it meanders through the forest it crosses several of the other trails, is wide with very few rocks but can be a wee bit muddy in rainy weather. A gentle climb of 98 metres and once you are at Kettle Lake it merges with several other trails making a 5 km circle route.
This cache is off the trail and will require a short climb to GZ (60 m). Always BYOP & tweezers and place cache back as you found it.
