Honest Amish Traditional Cache

I thought it would be fun to hide a cache in a parking structure in Palm Springs. Cache is a small container with log only. BYOP. I work downtown Palm Springs and often find myself staring off into the mountain. I park in this structure every day and thought it would be a perfect spot to hide a cache. While you may find the coordinates, finding the cache might be another story as there are multiple levels to this structure. Floor level is revealed in the hint section. There is an elevator in the structure to make this wheelchair accessible. While this cache is available all day, because it is a parking structure, it could potentially be better found later at night, or earlier in the morning. As always, muggles are present, so stealth is suggested.   The main challenge to this cache should actually be avoiding the muggles. This structure is one of the busiest during the "season" in Palm Springs. Have fun!
