Lost Heritage - Pigeon Bore
A nice little oasis along the Heysen Trail.
There is a picnic area and bore water if you game.
This location is long lost to but only a few passing by, as it is a 5km walk from the nearest car parking spot.
I am still researching history on this one, but suffice to say it was a watering point for stock a very long time ago. There are still stockyards here too.
Enjoy your walk, it is mostly downhill back to your car! 😂
