YukonShadow: The license plates at the first stage are indeed all gone so goodbye to this fun cache. Bit by bit the interesting artifacts that inspired us to create this cache have slowly disappeared. Thanks to all who came by and experienced this unusual first stage.

Geocache Description:

1/27/25: The reason for the name of this cache has been removed. There had been a large sign that said: San Francisco Cordage.

6/1/23 update:  Three more plates have gone missing so I had to change instructions for C and E.

Please Note: There was a change in the license plate display so two of the clues had to be changed (D and F), 8/5/21.

FIRST STAGE DAY TIME ONLY PLEASE. When we expanded our neighborhood walk one day we came across this interesting location and wanted to share it with other cachers. This is a simple field puzzle which will take you to the cache about .25 mile away. Parking is available at both locations.

On the shed wall near the "No Vacancy" sign there are many license plates.  For this puzzle, we will only work with the two main rows that have two or more plates and are the most readable.  BYOP, log only. May need extraction tool. Close tightly, replace upsidedown please.
