In Kiyat Schmona near Manara Cliff and cable car. The general location of the container schould be obvious to anyone with a geocachers eye driving by. There are slopes and uneven ground. No climbing is required but if you're short bring something to stand on.
In the general area is Tel Hai meaning "Hill of Life" which plays an important part in Israel's history. Look it up and learn the story of a historic last stand by Josef Trumpeldor and 7 compatriots.
The Cable car ride nearby at Manara Cliff provides spectacular views of the Hula Valley though it was closed on the day I placed the cache.
