I have paddled this part of the Shoalhaven River several times now and it is a beautiful and peaceful part of the world.
The canoe trip is spectacular, traveling through the gorge with dead old trees still standing from when the gorge was flooded.
There are plenty of places to stop and have a rest and enjoy the serenity on the way.
There is some wildlife, birds, large and small lizards, goannas, snakes, goats, etc.
The approximate travel distance is 13 kilometers from Tallowa Dam to the camp area beach near the GZ.
The only way to get to this cache is by canoe, kayak or some type of paddle craft.
There is no mobile service coverage on the river.
A photo of you and/or your group would be great to show that you have been there, the beach would be a good place, also to show how beautiful this place is.
