KatQ2u: The location of this cache is no longer available. There is going to be a rain-water collection site there. After the water is collected, it will be used to water this area and Veteran's Park. A new bike path will be built with shade trees rather than the tall pines that are there now. The relic from the old city hall will be put back somewhere in the area. Hopefully, a new cache can be go there in the future.
