The name of this street just cracked me up for some reason; maybe I was thinking about Willy Wonka and "The Golden Ticket"?
You will need to use some stealth for this one--the police station is across the street (!) but you can park right next to this cache, go through the goodies, and sign the log. This might be a better cache to get after business hours or on the weekend.
The container is a tight fit, so just make sure everything looks good when re-hiding. Logbook and pencils are inside.
First items include a keychain, skateboard stickers, glow stick, Chinese coins (fake), Geocache Signal wooden coin, and a compressed Avengers washcloth. Be safe!
