There is no cache at the posted coordinates above so no need to go there. You will need to go to each stage to get the information for the final coordinates. You will likely need to find your own legal parking to get to each stage, including the final. However, biking would work well or you could walk. It is projected that by waliking it would take less than 1.5 hours.
This is a multi-cache mainly along Broad and Santa Barbara Streets and each stage, except Stage 6--which is a statue (hence the + in the title) and the final stage, is at a painted utility box. The City of San Luis Obispo commisioned a number of artists to paint scenes depicting this area. There are many distributed throughout the city.
