This is a puzzle box.  It has three layers, like a russian matryoshka doll.  Is is going to take 5-10 minutes to solve the puzzle.  First to find-there is a 20$ canadian bill.  First to find please comment with last four of the bills serial number to verify cash found.  Second to find there is a lake superior agate.
