Geocache Description:

In April 2018, Keiyo Ichikawa Parking Area was opened. The PA is for cars and motorbikes from Tokyo. The opposite side parking area will be open near future. The parking space is on the third floor of the building. And the cache is there. Please bring your pen. 2018年4月に開業した京葉市川パーキングエリアは下り線のみで、今後、上り線も整備計画があるそうです。駐車場が３階でトイレと食堂が２階という立体構造です。東京外環道から京葉道路に流入する場合は利用できません。キャッシュは駐車場のある階に設置しました。筆記具を持参ください。
