He wore a blackleather snowmask..it concealed most of his face. He did the Queen's bidding, not because he wanted to but that was his job. His duty. To get what he really wanted and that was to be free. You can help Hawshaw by finding him and setting the cache free. Maybe just maybe the Winter Queen will then let him go.
