The quote at the bottom of the plaque is from the Gettysburg Address, despite this statue having nothing to do with the Civil War. Never pass up an opportunity to quote Lincoln, I guess!
The cache is located in a nice spot to sit and notice the conflicting elements of the statue, particularly the assortment of items behind carried.
