Planning a geocaching trip?
Want to get the most out of every caching day?
Continuing a streak?
Heard about cachetur and want to learn more?
Have no idea what this is about?
Whatever your reason, come to the Broadview Branch of the Seattle Public Library on Sunday, 2 December for an introduction to using cachetur to help plan a geocaching trip (or collaborate with geocaching friends). The event is open to all but the workshop is limited to 25 participants; if you plan to stay for the workshop, please log your will attend and indicate how many participants will be attending under your user name.
Date: Sunday, 2 December 2018
Event only: 1:15 - 1:45 pm
Workshop: 1:45 - 4:15 pm
Place: Broadview Branch Meeting Room
12755 Greenwood Ave N, Seattle, WA 98133
To get the most out of the workshop, we recommend that you:
- Create a free account at cachetur.no and take a test drive
- Bring a laptop so that you can follow along and start building a trip yourself
Food and (non alcoholic) beverages are permitted in the meeting room; feel free to bring snacks to get you through the workshop.
Please park away from the building entrance as a courtesy to library patrons, many of whom are elderly or have small children.
The host thanks the Seattle Public Library for allowing use of its meeting room at no charge.
As of December 1, there are 8 seats still available in the workshop.
