Geocache Description:

The given coordinates are not a good place to stop - cache isn't there!

Car Talk was a radio show on NPR, starring Click and Clack, the Tappet Brothers, otherwise known as Tom and Ray Magliozzi. The show is in reruns since one of the brothers has died, but their wry sense of humor and puzzlers (which they use to have every week, except when it was on vacation ) lives on. They presented some interesting puzzles. Car Talk on NPR

In a Car Talk puzzler I saw some time ago, Ray says:
"I'm going to give you a series of numbers.
Two, nine, seven, nine, 12. That series of numbers represents the number seven. Just put somewhere equals seven.

I'm going to give you another group of numbers.
Three, five, zero. That group of numbers equals two."
The question that Ray asks Tom at this point is moot, so I'll delete it, and add a final group of numbers equal to four:
one zero four eight

The location of the GZ is:

N 34° ft.oet' W 119° os.vuu'

So where's the cache? That's the question. Please use stealth going for the cache ...

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
