Geocache Description:


The night time sky can be a wonderful sight, if you are far enough away from the town lights.  This cache is not at the posted coordinates, and is not on private property. You must fill in the blanks and pick the right letter to locate this cache.

The Cassiopeia constellation consists of __ bright stars.  This is either A or D.

Venus is known as the "morning star" and is easily seen. There are __ other planets visible to the naked eye. This is either B or C.

The Leonids meteor shower begins on November __ and peaks on November 17. This is either A or D.

Orion's Belt is comprised of __ bright stars. This is either B or C.

Additional information: There are several meteor showers in the next few weeks, besides the above- mentioned Leonids. Watch for the Leonis Minorids which peak on Oct. 24, the Northern Taurids on Nov. 12 and the Alpha Monocerotids on Nov. 21. Keep your eyes on the sky!

This cache opens from the bottom. Beware of the thorns on the tree. Please bring your own pen. It is " winter-friendly".
