Come help the Prince William Soil & Water Conservation District clean up a local park. Jefferson Park is an undeveloped Prince William County park, with limited access at this time; it's a 7-acre wooded parcel which includes a segment of Marumsco Creek.
Date: Saturday November 17th, 2018
Time: 9:00 am to Noon.
For the cleanup, volunteers will gather at the Jefferson Plaza parking area, off of Route 1 in Woodbridge. The street address is 13729 JEFFERSON DAVIS HWY, WOODBRIDGE, VA 22191.
Clean up will also include opportunities to CITO along the stream for those interested. So bring your waders/Boggs/water shoes if you want to venture into the wetter areas of the park.
Prince William County parks has come to value NoVAGO and our community spirit. Come out and make our parks cleaner and community better for our efforts.
