Dear Geocachers,
This is to inform you that the Olympic Peninsula GeoTour is coming to an end.
The last day the caches will be available is January 1, 2022. As of 1/2/22 our GeoTour will be a thing of the past. Thank you to everyone who has made this so much fun over the years.
If you have started a Passport, but have not completed it, please send it to us by January 20, 2022 in its current state to:
OPVB PO Box 670 Port Angeles, WA 98362
As long as we have coins, we will honor incomplete passports. Again, thank you. Olympic Peninsula Tourism Commission
Get ready to step into the twilight zone. Forks WA has a great little skatepark, but is better know as home to the vampires and werewolves of the Twilight saga. Twilighters aside, this skatepark is well worth the visit – check out the unique design... the 'ribbon' is way fun and the lights are on all night, every night. It is situated just off the coast of northwest Washington, with state park camping near the beach (Mora Campground). The entrance to the park is marked with a vintage steam train engine. There are all kinds of outdoor activities available, from tennis to horseshoes, from a kid’s playground to a grassy knoll, from a skateboard park to a disc golf course!
