Please note that the container and log are not at the published coordinates, these will take you to a part of the new flood defences (the original site of the cache), which is now the starting point for the search.
A true letterbox hybrid cache requires that further instructions are followed to track down the container itself, which should also contain a means of placing a stamp in a notebook etc., as proof of the find. This follows the 'Letterboxing' treasure hunt tradition.
The starting point is close to the junction of the trackways of Far Bank Lane & Nab Lane and the path known as Briggs Lane. Far Bank Lane continues beyond Bank House Farm, where a footpath continues along the flood defences (Barrier Bank), exiting onto the road at Woodhouse Green.

The original height marker, which was used to locate the cache, but is now gone forever.
To locate the container:
• Stand at the coordinates, you should be in the centre of a concrete base, between two pedestrian gates.
• Turn, so that the gate with the GREEN top horizontal bar is on your LEFT and the one with the YELLOW top bar is to your RIGHT.
• Take 16 paces forward, then turn 90 degrees to your left.
• The cache is located about 2 to 3m in front of you.
* Please leave the Letterbox Cache prerequisites (stamp & pad), within the container *
