The Top Geocache...in the parking lot.

This geocache is the top one in this parking lot.  It is also located near Tops, hence the name of this cache.  There is plenty of nearby parking.  We go to Tops every Friday and I thought to myself, why isn't there a geocache here?  Well, I fixed that problem.
