Young and talented boy from France, Louise de Ampére decided to travel to Bulgaria after finishing school. He wanted to see, how it's working here with electricity.
After his arrival to Tyulenovo he took accommodation in his friend's house and later he went on little walk along a beach. He went a few kilometers when suddenly the weather got worse and worse. He was little bit confused because of strong sea storm. Big waves were crashing to the rocks. The were many thunderbolts going from the sky. Strong wind was destroying everything. Suddenly he saw strong light in front of him. He early recognized that it wasn't from the sky, but that the light came from some place nearby. He saw wires from high voltage line which was nearby. "What should I do?" he thought "older electricians definitely know what to do, but I don't". He was young and without any experience. He decided to take away wires from the path, without any special tool. He started "cleaning" and at this moment there was another light show. But where is Louis? From which place is he shouting for help? Wow, he was flying so high!
Your task is to climb up to visit Louis de Ampére on the posted coordinates.
About cache:
It's really easy. All you have to do is to arrive on the posted coordinates, look up and then climb there to the top. Don't forget that you'll have to climb, it's not so high, but still it's something about 8 m. Please, don't go there alone. I recommend to use climbing gear, it's not necessary, but it's better and saver to use it. Don't go there during storm, strong wind or rain, when the construction is slippery. Terrain rate T4,5 is not for fun. You're going there on your own risk!!
