When? Thursday 15-11-2018, from 12.30 untill 13.00 

Where? In front of the Torre Monumental, which is situated in the Plaza Fuerza Aérea Argentina (formerly Plaza Británica) next to the Calle San Martín and  Avenida del Libertador.
