These caches were hidden for the all new Team ORVFRA (Oyster River Volunteer Fire Rescue Association) and their families mid nov 2018. Looks like a clearing for a new subdivision. You’re looking for a preform container, pencil and rite in the rain log (if wet just wipe off and sign). Raised the difficulty on this one bc even though it’s hidden in plain site, it blends very well. Hint, look for 3 trees; growing out of one base. Go go gadget eyes. Good luck.
