Frosty recently moved from the Artic North to be closer to his friend Shmelf the Hanukkah Elf. In fact he lives just down the road, about as close as the HOA allows. Frosty is used to snowy conditions so his house is up off the ground so the Postman can deliver letters regardless of the snow. He does caution that if you come to visit during hunting season to be sure and wear a lot of orange. His reindeer freinds should wait until well after hunting season.
