I passed it on a weekly basis when driving between work and home.
Every winter snowplows take out one or two of the diamonds. Over time they all disappear, only to be replaced after the ground thaws.
At the moment there are 2 diamonds. Come this winter there may be fewer and the cache title becomes an inside joke.
