Welocme to EMSA post 36 one of many that are scattered around the city. Often times you will see an ambulance here but don't ask them cause chances are they don't know a thing about it. Bring a pen and sign the log!!! There is a need for a large "step up". You dont NEED a ladder, you can use the tree splits. Keeping the terrain kinda low so all (non-premium and my partner who helped hide it) can continue to see/access it. Plus other caches in the city are similar and rated the same.
