In March 2018, the City of Atlanta announced the final sale of the southside portion of the Beltline Trail that runs between Glenwood Avenue, down and around under the Connector and meeting up with the Westside portion of the trail which was completed in 2017. The tracks have finally been cleared and folks can now be seen regularly using the new interim trail.
My family and I went exploring this morning and found a gap between existing caches. We were looking to get folks out to enjoy the new interim trail, and it just so happens there was an odd, twisted little relic at this spot.
UPDATE 7/17/2019: Stairs up to the Beltline have been added at southeast side of the Hill Street bridge.
