Cache is located at the Yamura rest area on the Chuo Expressway. This is a necessary stopping point when heading off into the mountains, visiting Fuji-san. I discovered a stone marker, or monument, in the trees near the cache that commemorates the completion of this section of the expressway. (Sorry, my Japanese is not good enough to read the entire plaque. Please see pictures, and try to find this beautiful little memorial that seems to be forgotten behind the trees.)
To find the cache, it can be hard without the hint. The coordinates are very precise, so think like a geocacher and you will find it! If it's too hard, please check out the hint and photos.
