For this cache, you can get a find with a little team effort. The first part will be easy. Simply walk up and get all the info needed from the various objects near the posted coordinates.
A = Catholic war veterans post-third number (left to right)
B = Number of pipes sticking out of ground
C = Number of services represented
D = Number of all emblems plus Eagle
E = Seventh number on the sign for the big gun (left to right)
F = Number of month dedicated minus 1
G = Number of Guns (Big)
H = Number of names on grave marker
I = Second Number for American Legion Post (right to left - tens)
J = Number of Posts on memorial
K = Number of Tires + 2
L = Number of Anchors & Eagles in branch emblems
M = Number - Add the two digits of the dedication date (day of the month)
N = Number of Howitzers
O = Number of cannons on branch emblems
Check sum A+B+C+D+F+G = 29 H+I+J+K+L+M+N+O = 23
Now plug those numbers into the template below to determine the next set of coordinates:

Well it is!! Okay, so now what do you do with these seemingly incorrect coordinates? This is where the teamwork attribute kicks in. You need to develop a symbiotic relationship with a geocacher near the indicated area; then provide these coordinates to your new friend so they can find the final for "Twin City One" (GC800DQ) at their end. Then they can return the favor by solving the puzzle at the virtual stage of that cache and passing the information along so you can find the final for this cache.
