OK, let's try this yet again.
In honor of, but despite profound disagreement with the judging of the 2018 GIFF, I offer a short mystery to consider after the popcorn has been exhausted in always picturesque Ridgewood, NJ, a place where you can literally stumble on art both high and low. The process of finding the starting point - or is it the ending point??? - of this puzzle may require a bit of pleasant walking about. My recommendation is that you look down at the right moment to avoid stumbling, though a little research will thereafter be necessary.
My intent is to keep this small lock-and-lock stocked with TB's and swag. F2F has his or her choice of a TB's, a F2F coin, and some NYC Comicon [TM] swag.

Fun fact, by the way: when you click on a pin that has been dropped on a Google Maps map, the resulting decimal latitude/longitude coordinates are randomized, to a certain extent, by the minute differences that are nearly impossible to control when placing a cursor with a mouse. Under some circumstances, this can be a big problem. Just saying.
