Geocache Description:

#OPTOUTSIDE is a hashtag that is used on social media to describe what you should do the day after Thanksgiving instead of shopping. For me, it's a no brainer. I will choose outside before shopping anyday!!!

Join me at 0700 at GZ for 30 minutes. We can chat for a moment about all things outside or geocaching related. at 0730 I plan on crossing the salt river (it should'nt be higher than your knee this time of year) and I'll be hiking up to the top of mountain directly across from the parking lot.

If you want a good challenge and to be able to burn off some of those calories from yesterday, this hike is for you. I would bring an extra pair of shoes to cross the river. Lots of water and some snacks to fuel you.

A tonto pass is needed to park here. You can get yours at any local gas station before heading out. They don't sell them at GZ.
