Geocache Description:


On the 11th hour of the 11th day of the 11th month of 1918, the guns fell silent along the Western Front. The First World War had effectively ended. To commemorate this important centenary, there has been planted a living memorials for past and present. 11/11/11 at 1.11pm a plaque that was created for this commemoration was unveiled.
