Welcome to the HD JP Series.
This is a series of eight caches and a final with a small award for finishers which has been published in honor of the memory of a good friend and master cacher. The first seven caches in the series published on the same day, so you can hunt those at will. Just to make things interesting, the last one will publish on or about December 1, so stay tuned! The eight caches are spread out over a large geographic area, however, so an important TOTT for this series will be your map! The list of all the caches is here: HD JP Series Caches. Be sure to collect the code word from each cache in the series; you will need those words in order to solve the puzzle for the coordinates to the final.
Larry and I cached together alot. I always enjoyed our adventures together. We hiked, biked and Kayaked to get those caches. One of my best memories with Larry was when we took the Kayaks to Beaver Creek Reservoir. We had such a good time on a perfect day for caching on the water. Keeping up with Larry in a Kayak was always fun. He would get close to the cache and if that cache was on land he would be out of the Kayak and searching for the cache right away. I will miss him, but I will always have such great memories of our caching together.
