I recently archived my series of Jasmer challenge caches that had been published 6 years ago and to my surprise several local cachers complained that they hadn't had the chance to sign in on them yet! You are looking for a slim and might need a TOTT to help extract the cache when you find it. The road is not maintained. If you decide to drive down the road you might get stuck. But it's a nice walk with several access points from the city and at both ends.
