This is our first series so please be gentle! This is a loop of approx. 4 1/2 miles and consists of 20 caches.. The caches are various sizes, ranging from almost nano size up to sandwich box size. All have a creepy crawly attached as our mini cachers decided. This is a regular walk for us round our local area and is a regular haunt for local dog walkers as well. This is on fairly regular terrain around fields and a short trip through woodland between #13 and #14 so this section can get quite slippery and muddy at this of year. The route follows a natural path around the fields, there is no need to go off the tracks or cross fields. The short trip into the local village is not necessary, you can miss 16 out if you wish but a trip to the pub after a good walk would be a shame to miss out on.
