This cache was placed to afford some new caches to the Greater Lansing area, in support of the 2019 MIGO Winter Social.
This area is something of an oddity--an undeveloped tract of land surrounded by suburbia, railroad, golf course, and University.
Sorry, not giving any help here. You're going to have to figure out how to get to this cache on your own. I will tell you that if you find yourself walking past large, closed-and-locked wooden gates, you're on the right path. Terrain rating may increase during wet season or with deep snow.
