Sits next to a traditional but much altered Welsh longhouse that was called Tanylan Isaf (Under the Bank, Lower) to distinguish it from the newer farm up the lane. It is easily accessible from the lane. You can park briefly in several places near by. The cache is in a plastic water bottle and has a log book, swaps, etc. Wrth y Nant (by the stream) was an older name still and the end cottage has been recently called that. You can continue alog the lane down to the Gwendraeth Sands. Don't worry about the bangs - a bombing range lies across the river. Keep an eye out for the Red Kites and take some food to feed the geese on the pond at the 'T' junction.
