Safe Cracker Traditional Cache

You and your nefarious accomplice are planning a caper to steal money and valuables from a locked safe belonging to the famous and beautiful Pooh-Pooh, Princess of Oro Valley. Your accomplice, aka Larry Fine, is wining and dining her right now at the prestigious Over 'n Out Burger.  Larry is full of sweet talk, but all he wants from Pooh-Pooh is the combination to her safe.  When he is successful, he transmits the combination directly to you in morse code via his magic encoder ring.  When you get the morse code transmission, you must immediately decode it into plain English and input the four numbers into the safe's keypad.  If the numbers are correct, the safe will open for just five seconds. But that's enough time to steal the loot and get away clean.  Uh-oh, you'd better hurry 'cause the jig is up and the cops are on the way!  Larry stiffed the burger joint on the bill and left Pooh-Pooh with just a french fry.  And she is REALLY angry!
