A little park and grab down a street that is not heavily traveled, but is close to lots of other things in an area that folks visit all the time. Nonetheless, all the buildings around here are for different industries, so because there may be deliveries and the like during work hours, I suspect the muggle factor must fluctuate. A little variation on the usual urban hide with a bit of nature for good measure. This one is a boost for the numbers if you are working on that for whatever reason. Enjoy.
