I enjoy taking my dog and frequent geocaching partner to this park to play with all the other dogs here. The people are great, and easy to talk to. My only regret in taking the dog here is he requires a bath after every trip! The cache is not in the enclosed dog area and not close to the railroad tracks, so avoid both of them. (the coordinates should be accurate enough to tell you that.)
