The given co-ords are a possible parking place BUT NOT ON SUNDAY MORNINGS; at any other time consider residents who park here. The cache is a short road walk away.
To solve the puzzle you need to identify three people who are connected to each other and to three islands The people are connected by their paramount urge to travel which took them to the islands.
Arrange the people in alphabetical order and count the number of letters in their names (two names each) to give you A B and C.
Do the same with the islands (one word for each) to give you D E and F.
To help you, look for D in the Far East (never a British colony), E off the East coast of South America and F off the East coast of Africa.
G is the (singular) connecting word - again count the letters.
H is the total of A to G.
