Cache Description
This is a 4 stage mystery cache. The stages are located at the museum. At each stage you will gather a part of the 4 digit combination that unlocks the ammo can that is placed at the posted coordinates (inside the office).
Stage 1. During the 1832 Georgia Land Lottery, how many acres were the gold lots? Subtract 36 from this number. This number = 'A'.
Stage 2. What was the total face value of all the coins minted at the Dahlonega Branch Mint in millions? This number = 'B'.
Stage 3. In what year did construction begin for the Consolidated Mine? Subtract 1891 from the year. This number = 'C'.
Stage 4. On the outside of the Dahlonega Gold Museum count the number of brass bench marks showing the original courthouse property boundary of 1833. This number = 'D'.
The code to unlock the lock on the Geocache is 'ABCD'.
