Eastington Library Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

Leonards193: Sadly, lockdown has resulted in a local person taking upon themselves to remove all the books as they deemed a book exchange unsafe in Covid times....

As the cache was called Eastington Library, it seems only right to archive.

Thanks to the visitors !

Geocache Description:

Eastington is a small village in the Western Cotswolds, just off J14 of the M5 and not too far from Stroud. The Stroudwater canal passes through offering lovely walks and there are a couple of nice pubs nearby too. The area is steeped in history particularly from the industrial revolution period with several Mills surviving, some now converted to housing. This library is a great way to keep the phone box, having been purchased by the village.
