The St Thomas foundation stone was laid on the 7th October 1923. Many graves are older than the church, so I assume there was an earlier church building here.
Services are still held in the church every month, so it is open to the public. However, access to the church is through private property. This cache has been placed outside the property on the public road where there is space to pull over with a view of the church and the cemetery.
